Everyone has seen the devastation that has hit the nation of HAITI. Thousands dead and millions homeless but that is just the beginning. This nation is in need of BASIC goods: food, water, shelter. There is nothing more basic than this and nothing that the people of the United States could not supply. We are now accepting applications for our team in late August 2010, headed to the Eastern Region of the Democratic Republic of Congo. We will be constructing a new Youth Center for the Village of Katana. In addition to building this team, we are actively raising money to fund the construction and supplies for their new center. BANDINGtogether: KATANA will open for medical support in late 2010 and for primary education in September 2010.
